The vest is an adjustable unisex adult fit from an 80 cm chest, so it suits older children and teenagers. On smaller children it will be loose — tighten the waist strap fully and check the fit before use.
Yes, that's one of the most common uses. Slow flash makes you visible to drivers on quiet residential roads without being distracting to you or the dog.
The vest contains electronics and should not be machine washed or submerged. Wipe it down with a damp cloth and let it dry fully before charging.
