These terms govern your use of littco.co.za and your purchase of Litt Co. products. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Who you are contracting with

LITT CO. is a subsidiary of Itsoseng (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2015/264659/07. All orders, quotations and invoices are issued by Itsoseng (Pty) Ltd trading as LITT CO.

Orders & pricing

Prices are listed and charged in South African Rand (ZAR). Launch pricing applies to pre-orders and while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to cancel any order arising from a pricing or stock error and to issue a full refund.

Payment

Payment is processed by our secure payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Product use

Litt vests are visibility aids. You use them at your own risk and remain responsible for your own road-safety behaviour. See our Safety Disclaimer.

Intellectual property

The Litt Co. name, logo and site content are owned by Litt Co. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
