We want you to love your Litt gear. If something isn't right, here's how to sort it out.

14-day change of mind

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange, provided the vest is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with all included accessories (USB-C cable, tag).

12-month warranty

Every Litt LED Performance Vest is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase - LED failure, battery faults, seam or strap failures under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, drops, crush damage or exposure to fire.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@littco.co.za with your order number and reason.
2. We'll reply within 24 business hours with a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns the customer covers return shipping. Warranty and faulty-item returns are covered by Litt Co.
