Combine active + passive visibility
Active LEDs plus reflective bands work together, both matter.
Follow local road rules
Face oncoming traffic when appropriate; use paths and cycle lanes where available.
Stay charged
Top the vest up regularly so it never fades mid-route.
Stay alert
Keep audio at a level where you can still hear traffic and surroundings.
